It would be a good idea to have professional help evaluate your support payments. It seems a bit unfair to me, but there may be circumstances which seem unfair but are legal. I would begin with an investigation of his income to determine what other sources of income he is making, in addition I would suggest he go under a work efforts to ensure he is applying for jobs and making a good faith effort at jobs.

You can contact the local family law facilitator in your court house to get self help information for self represented individuals.

Please contact a lawyer in your area before taking any legal action.

Good luck.
