Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Compensation pending Malpractice/wrongful death lawsuit

Can I be helped?

Taking care of my now deceased Sister and continued to take care of her children for over 3 years. I attained Guardianship August, 2007. The father (not married to my Sister), behind my back (yes! no appropriate protocol was exercised) had my Guardianship rescinded. His actions were prompted by the lawsuit and believing this would stop the County after him for child support. This is where I need your help being that there is already a Malpractice/Wrongful Death suit in place (Court date is scheduled for August 24, 2009).

'Help' would be in representing you in probate court in motion[s] and hearing[s] necessary to correct the situation you describe. It may be possible to reverse the recent order upon a proper showing of lack of notice and opportunity to respond for hearings, lack of good cause, etc. If serious about getting counsel for this, feel free to contact me.
