Noise Abatement
What type of Attorney do I contact if I plan to sue my local city government for failing to enforce the existing noise abatement ordinance. I have exhausted all avenues with my city. I have contacted numerous attorneys but no one can seem to help me in this area. Any suggestions?

One willing to take your money to file a suit that will quickly be dismissed or lost. Suggestions: listen to the attorneys that turned you down.

If attorneys are consistently refusing to take your case, they probably have a good reason -- it lacks merit.
What is causing the noise that you want abated?
