Can a non Attorney represent their Spouse in unlimited civil State court in Ca. with a power of Attorney, if the other spouse is pro per?

Watch my lips. Pro pers are only allowed to lose their own cases. You are not allowed to drag your spouse down with you, because you are NOT A LICENSED ATTORNEY. Waving some piece of paper that says Power of Attorney does not make you an attorney. They will just laugh at you. They are already laughing at you. Pro pers come and go, their cases nearly always get tossed and they get socked with the other side's court costs. If you are serious about winning your case, get an attorney.
