hi , i am internatonal student doing MBA in one of university. recently i opend a sole proprietership business, after one month i know that its illegal to open company.Then i close company immdiately. but still in my credit repoort shows i have company.Is that true that it will so for ever.IS there any problem in applying h1 visa and greencardprocess. i am really waorried about my future.

I cannot say how long it will be on your credit report. For immigration purposes, you did violate your status by engaging in unauthorized employment. This is something you should disclose to any attorney who will be assisting you with your future immigration matters. You may also wish to retain counsel for any future visa processing.

Generally speaking, unauthorized employment for such a short duration alone likely will not prevent you from obtaining H-1B status or lawful permanent residence. It is important that you NOT hide this fact by making misleading or untruthful statements when you apply for a visa in the future, as such action could lead to a finding of misrepresentation. Such a finding will definitely affect your ability to obtain visas in the future.
