Calif. Law on Overtime

If your normal work hours are from 6 to 2:30, 5 days a week M-F can your employeer make you work Sunday? How many days in a row can an employeer make you work?

An employer can demand that you work 6 days per week in a row, and then he has to give you the 7th day off. This is the law under California Labor Code and it's not waiveable.
