Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was hired at a jewelry store to be the vintage jewelry manager. this is a small division in the store. i was a keyholder. The upper managers continually scheduled me to work 13 plus hour days so they could have additional time off. i was asked to lie to district manager about their whereabouts when this happened and my job was threatened if I did not comply. I was made to go to company training seminars in other counties on my day off and was not compensated for it or even given mileage expense. I was overcharged on my company insurance benefits often. My upper manager was hostile and the environment was hostile. Paychecks were often late with no additional compensation. I resigned from my position after 1 1/2 years because I could not handle the environment and being cheated any longer. I am seeking a contingent attorney to handle this. i believe I have a strong case and have all documentation to support my claims.
