Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My husband is suing his former employer and business partners for back wages, unpaid business expenses, erroneous paycheck withholdings, and an outstanding loan. Is there a statute of limitation for any of these that he should be aware of? Some of them occurred over time so where would the ticking clock start ticking?

You are right to be concerned about a statute of limitations. But which statute applies - and even more complicated, when it began to accrue - are questions that cannot be answered in the abstract. Your husband needs to consult with an attorney.

Of course there are statutes of limitations, on all actions. In your situation some of them may be between 2 and 4 years. Don't delay. If serious about hiring counsel to do so, feel free to contact me.
