Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Invasion of privacy

My supervisor went through my purse while I was in the restroom two other employees saw this and reported it. I requested something be to and she was talked to about it and said she did realize shed did any thing wrong. They asked her not to do that again. Now little remarks are being made and exclusion. My superiors say I need to work this out with my supervisor. They don't want to get involved. Help, What can I do?
