Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Posting my job

I have worked for a company for four years and recently found my job listed on Monster. I have no write ups nor have been told my job is in jeopardy. Can they post my job without 1) my letter of resignation and 2) with no plausible cause to fire me?

Of course. You're an 'at will' employee that can be fired any time for any reason, with or without cause. Start looking for new work while you have a job to claim on your resume.
