Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Law Guru questions are sent out to a panel of volunteer attorneys who have agreed to receive the questions by email. Each attorney then decides whether or not they want to answer the question based on their available time, whether they have sufficient information to give a valid answer, whether they can answer off the top of their head or would have to do research, etc. (I don’t think any kid is are willing to do legal research for a free question for example). Apparently none of us had the time or inclination to answer your questions. Being volunteers we aren’t obligated to answer all questions.
