Random Drug testing of private employees
Is there a standard for employers to follow when generating from the employee pool a list for random drug testing? If you believe your test results were 'false positives' and your employer insistes that you enroll in a substance abuse program or lose your job, how can an employee fight his employers decision without being fired?

There are no legal standards at this time. You can’t really fight it but you might have yourself re-tested and show the results to them and see if it changes their mind.
