Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I signed a severance and general release agreement which included claims against "disputed wages"...I have been fully paid out as per the agreement. Would I still have a valid claim for vacation wages which were not paid at the time of termination as per California law?..or does the signed agreement waive any claim I might have?

This kind of agreement would of course waive any rights to any disputed wages, including vacation wages.

You signed a settlement of 'all claims'. All means all. No one in the right mind would settle only 'part' of the claims in any dispute. You don't get to try to 'game the system' and go back with new theories and demands.
