Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Termination due to Disability DiscriminationWrongful

I have a wrongful termination case pending. Case has been going on for almost 3 years. My previous employer keeps offering me bad settlement deals. My attorney seems to think I should take them. My attorney informed me that my employer's attorney said that they were going to file a motion of summary judgment. I can't help thinking this is a bluff to make me take one of their bad settlement offers. My attorney doesn't seem aggressive enough. My attorney doesn't return my calls, also. Case is just sitting with no trial date in sight. What can I do?
