unfair restriction order given

property mgr. at location where a tenant that is on violation of lease agreement in more than one ways has served me with a show of cause to a restriction order, i have a court date for 10/12/04 and everything he has put down as incidents that happened on which i been involved area simply not true. he also forgot to mention i am the property manager and is trying to restrict my abilities to do my job, what can i do or say when i go to court? i would like to reverse this action and have him move far from this location or to come near me or my property. this person is just not right, his actions and way of thinking are never appriciated by anyone that he comes in contact with. i have 29 other tenants that are willing to testify on my behalf, i need help.

Your employer should be providing you legal counsel to deal with this, as it needs to be opposed in court, properly. You should be filing your Opposition paperwork immediately. If you and they would like to get help, contact me to discuss.

Your employer should hire an attorney for you and should be very concerned him/her self. You need to prepare witnesses affidavits and prepare for the hearing.
