One dollar. Actually, there is no minimum. If there is ANY compensation, it could even be a penny. You're asking the wrong question. The question is, what are your damages? If you are not hurt, then you get nothing. If you ARE hurt, then how much are your medical bills? If you want to actually learn something useful, give me a call and let me know what's going on. 877-LION-FOR-LAW (546-6367)

It depends on what your injuries are. You can recover your medical expenses paid or not, lost wages, property damage and pain and suffering. We normally use the medical expenses as a guide in determining the amount for pain and suffering but the length and severity of the injury is the most important factor.

Good luck and hope this helps and if you want a free consultation give us a call at (866) 981-1850 or visit our website at bellilawfirm.com
