Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Inquiry If Insurance Company Can Request Confidential Company Information in Cas

I was in an auto accident; the police report specified the other driver at fault. His insurance company agent want names and addresses of clients whose appointments had to be cancelled due to my inability to work on them at the time as well as same info. for clients at the spa where I work part time. I have calendar book of schedule but spa owner already wrote letter to agent stating she verified missed appointments but then erased them in order to re-schedule. Do I have to furnish agent with this information? Can't I supply copy of calendar?

If you cannot prove your loss to their satisfaction they do not have to offer you a single dime in settlement. you can still as a jury to award it but you must also prove it to their satisfaction.

If your employer certifies that your calendar contains acurate information to prove the appointments that you missed, this should be enough to show proof of your lost wages. If the adjuster does not accept this you can file a lawsuit and let a judge or jury decide if it is enough information.

You sound like you are a very busy woman, and do not have time to deal with adjusters and trying to figure our your lost wages and medical bills. All of my clients are busy people. They hire me because it is my job to gather all their information regarind their medical bills, lost wages, and other expenses and present it to the adjuster. I then take all of this information into consideration along with the type of injuries they sustained and the damage done to their vehicle. Based on this information and other factors I determine what a fair settlement would be and present it to the adjuster. If we cannot come to a satisfactory settlement, I file a lawsuit and go from there. If you are interested in retaining my services, or at least speaking with me further about the case, I offer free, no obligation consultations. We can talk about your case and I can tell you what I think I can do for you. If you decide to retain my office to represent you, you do not have to pay any money up front. My fee comes out of the final settlement. So the more I get for you, the more I get paid. You can reach my by phone toll free at 877-546-9918, or by email at [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you. If I don't, I wish you the best of luck in this matter and I hope my information has helped.

Sincerely,

John Hayes, Esq.
