Can you sue a handicapped person and win?

I have a small claims court case and can I win?And can i have the court attach their SSI wages to pay it back?

If you win in small claims court, you can get a writ of execution and execute against bank accounts and wages. Certain income -- i.e. government disability payments -- might be exempt, however. If you win in court, contact an attorney who specializes in collection matters to assist you.

Disabled people can sue and be sued just like anyone else. Offhand I don't kno whether SSI income can be levied as you discribe.
