Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

How long does our family attorney have to read my mothers will. My sister is p.o.a. We haven't heard for anyone in over a year. thank you

There is no such thing as a "family" attorney or "reading" of the will. Powers of attorney are only in place when the principal is alive.
