Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Divorce with no children

I'v been married to a severe alcoholic for 7 years. I can prove:Cruelty,Adultry, and desertion on his part. I have no job or money and I live with my parents. Is there a way for me to file for divorce and ask or have the court make him pay for everything ??

He can be held responsible for attorney's fees under certain circumstances, but you should not hire an attorney expecting that to be guaranteed.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
