my sister was awarded full custody of my children in colorado in 7/2006 she refuses to comply with the court ordered visitation for me or my xhusband, we both reside in nevada with my oldest son who ran away from my sisters 9/2006 he was reported as a runaway and hasnt been able to attend school in nevada because of his runaway statis my sister will have him put in a youth facility. can i get the case in colorado changed to nevada or reopen a new case in nevada? ive been to colorado several times and cant find a lawyer to take my case pro bono both my ex husband and i are behind on child suport and cant aford another lawyer.
