Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Due to the unpleasent experience ive had with my ex I havent been able to see my son who is now 6 years old in 3-4 years. We had been back and fourth through court and honestly I just got sick of all the fighting and gave him sole custody and I havent been able to see him since. His father comes up with every reason in the book as to why I cant see him see him and is like a wolf in sheeps clothing when we went to court. I pay child support health care and school programs and im tired of him making unreasonable demands for me to see him.Like I said I havent seen or been in contact with my son for 3-4 years since court, should i cut my losses and terminate parental rights? I dont think im going to see him anytime soon and im tired of jumping through hoops....

You should speak to a lawyer. A court may not permit you to terminate your rights and stop paying child support.
