At home mom for 27 years of marriage husband left home 7 weeks ago and served divorce papers 2 weeks ago we want to sell home but if home is not sold before all is fi nal who will be allowed to live here until it is sold

Whom ever you both agree will live there. If he moved out, then you can stay. The payment of the bills will have to be agreed upon or determined by the court pending the sale.
