Legal Question in Personal Injury in Connecticut

hi, I got hurt at mohegan casino, I sat at a slot machine and the chair was not mounted (it was suppose to be but was broken I guess) and I fell over backwards hard, I got a sprained neck,back and LS spine, am I entitled to seek compensation?

Its a slightly different ballgame when you get hurt there, because they hide behind the "Sovereign Nation" status and handle claims a little differently.
