incorrect complaint filed against me

I woman believes that i am the father of her child in a one night stand. Instead of filing a complaint for paternity she filed a complaint for custody and child support. how can I get this case dismissed and re-filed correctly?

Re: incorrect complaint filed against me

The mother's complaint need not be dismissed; you should be able to appear at the first scheduled hearing on her complaint and request that the court order a paternity test before addressing any other matters in her complaint.

Then, if you're found not to be the father of the child in question on the basis of this paternity test, her case against you should subsequently be dismissed.
