Hello,

I have been going to chick-fill-a for years now, but the last two times i have been getting overcharged ,the price that i pay does not match the price on the drive threw menu, do i have a case , and if yes what is outcome possibilities

wouldn't it just make more sense to talk to the manager of the franchise first before thinking about suing?

If you want to sue to recover the few dollars you were overcharged, expect to spend several thousand dollars in costs which you won't recover.

It costs a lot of money to file a lawsuit. Just tell the manager about it and ask for a refund at the time you pay. You may have to walk inside, but that's the easiest way to solve the problem.
