I am 60 yrold retired. iwant to get married bu t my fiance' has some old debts(8 year old repo 5000 and hasn'tfiled income taxesfor arouond 12 years. she has a disability ret. for 12yrs.anda pension. a lso if we marry, can i still choose where my assets go should we divorce or i die first? my son from firstmarriage has c. palsyand i would wishto leave him at least half.

Yes. You both must sign a pre nuptial agreement before ;you get married to protect your family.
