Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am a plaintiff in a FDCPA & FCRA law suit against a collection agency. I understand that the original creditor sent several hundred people under same circumstances to same collectors and same violations apply to all. If I don't know their names, can I file a class action suit?

It is possible, but many things need to be considered in such a suit. See an attorney who handles these type of cases in your area. Attorney's fees are collectible and I many times will proceed on the basis to obtain my fees and costs solely from the collection comp.
