Sued for LLC Credit card debt
An owner of an LLC had me open a business account as the primary (I was an employee). He disolved the busines but did not repay the debt he charged. The creditor sold the debt to a collection agency. I don't want to incriminate my employer but I did not make any of the charges (some are not business related). What can be done? Will the collection agency have to provide written proof that I entered into the agreement with the creditor or that I actually made the charges?

If the card is in your name, you are responsible.
