We paid our attorney already $7000.00. She told us we could make payments after now. Now she is demanding in full each month. This is the first month and its $2401.00. She is threatning to drop us and just walk away. we are going to court this monday and one of the topics is against the other party for filing frivilus lawsuits and to get our money back. This case is ridiculus and we have filed for a dismissal on the 18th of Oct. and now she is pulling this stunt. Please help me.

Re: Attorney quitting us

Unfortunately, you are asking a question that I am not at liberty to comment on. You are already represented by an attorney and the Florida Bar prohibits another attorney advising a person who is already represented. If you have a complaint about your attorney you should contact the Florida Bar, not another attorney.
