Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was awarded the car in my divorce but was not given the title because my ex husband still owes Capital One. He was paying for my insurance but decided to stop. It does say I am awarded the car and it's value, and I've been told that because the car and title are with him and Capital One, I am not responsible for the insurance. Is that correct? Can I force him legally to pay for the insurance bc if he doesn't they will not let him make car payments which will result in my losing the car that I was awarded. I just wanted to find out if I had to pay for insurance myself or if he is responsible. Thank you.

If your agreement or judgment doesn't say that he has to pay insurance and you want the car insured, then you have to pay the insurance.
