Name change
In 2001 I legally changed my name. Now I would like to go back to using my original name. Do I have afile a name change and go to court to do this?

You gotta start all over again. Go back to the same attorney you used in 2001 or if you did not use one, the clerk's office will get you started with the forms, or maybe the law library in the county where you reside.
