Child custody

I live in tennesee my ex boyfriend just got physical custody what can I do to fight for joint custody?

By the way you've posted this, I assume your child is in Florida (along with your ex-boyfriend). You haven't posted enough information other than for me to say that you need to hire a Florida lawyer right away. In Florida, "joint custody" (where you each have equal control over your child) is the default, so it shouldn't be much of a problem. If you mean 50/50 custody, obviously that won't happen because you live in different states.

Presuming your ex-boyfriend and child live in Florida, generally under Florida law you are entitled to visitation, at the least. There are many facts that need to be provided to adequately answer your question.
