Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In my custody agreement it states I am to be notified within 24 hours of a change of address and the court should be notified within 7 days. The mother of my child moved 2 weeks ago within 20 miles of her last know residence, but she has not given any notice of moving or the new address. Visitation with my child has not been interupted but what can happen to her for not keeping her contact information current?

would have to read your docs. since she is within the visitation radius she may be fine. You obviously know where she is because your visitation has not been interrupted.
