Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Custody To Move To Another State

I have been divorced for 4 years. I remarried two years ago. My new husband has a big job in Atlanta. My divorce decree shows split custody, but does not state I need to stay in Florida. My ex-husband is fighting this to the end, even though I have 60% with my daughter. The price of this is going too high and my new husband is getting to the point to stop this all together.

Please advise, should I continue this fight or not, even though the lawyers tell me I will win.

Re: Custody To Move To Another State

You have paid an attorney good money for his advice and expertise. Either follow it or terminate the relationship.
