dividing marital assests correctly

i now came to find out that my husband only married me for papers. the marriage only lasted four months but we have never lived together and he is trying to take everything i own because i want to divorce him. i bought a car in this time frame. will half of it be entitled to him even though this was never a realistic marriage?
