Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My father, a senior citizen, is willing to give me custody of my 15yr old brother so that I may alleviate some of the pressure off of him. I need custody so that I may act as a parent on my brohers behalf. He already currently lives with me. The mother had her rights taken away and we have supporting docs. Whats our next step?
