I am concidering divorce and I've left my home because I can't live under the same roof with my husband, under Florida law am I jepordizing my rights to my home?

Nope!

Depending on what you mean by "I can't live under the same roof" you could file for divorce and ask for temporary possession, if you are co-owner of the real estate.

Judge might award it depending on what husband was doing to drive you out.
