Its Not Florida Jurisdiction

I need to contest Florida's attempt gain jurisdiction over me in a Dissolution of Marriage case. I need to do it by completing a *.pdf or other download. Notarized and filed with the court without using a $150 an hour, or otherwise, lawyer. Can you tell me where to find and send?
