My ex husband has a lien against his house for lack of child support. He is going to lose his house to foreclosure or short sale. He wants me to remove the lien so he can short sell, how does that affect me?

You would lose any claim to any proceeds from the sale, if it is in foreclosure highly unlikely there will be any proceeds.
