Future monies

Does a $300,00.00 judgement against my fiance affect me. If we get married does that affect any monies earned by me affected? We share the same bank account.

the judgment affect her separate assets only, not yours and not your joint assets

Mr. Wagner is correct, but you do not want to be sharing accounts. The funds could be seized leaving you to fight over what is or isn't separate or shared assets.
