Lacoste vs china crocodile trademark
Can I legally sell the China
Crocodile polo shirts in the
USA. More to the point can I
sell these shirts on ebay if
I put down that these are NOT
Lacoste Polo shirts. The
crocodile faces the opposite
way then the Lacoste polo shirt. I know there was
a court decision on this but I'm having trouble understanding the decision. Can I get in trouble for selling these type of polo shirts. I understand Lacoste has hired attorneys based in NYC just for this reason of
counterfit Lacoste polo shirts.

I would thing that you would be committing trademark infringement.
