Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have a buisness which is a magazine. I want him to come here on a buisness visa so he can do things like make web sites for some of the companies I do ads for and other things for me. Can I bring him on a buisness visa here if I do not have a company in India where he is currently?
