Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida
my father is the issue
See it is not the consent of my father that is the issue he has taken to his advantage that i am out of the house and will not support me at all not even a few dollars a month for necessities that i need so more or less the money i need for medical and etc. The underage marriage was an option for emancipation and then i would be supported by the military and still go to school but i dont know how to go about the emancipation process with the problems i am having with my father.

Re: my father is the issue
Even if you are out of the house, he still has an obligation to support you until you are 18.
If you got married, then by operation of the law you would be emancipated.
Otherwise, to become emancipated you need your father's (mother's) consent(s).
If he is so anxious to "dump" you, he'd probably gladly sign the consent form.
You can get the paperwork at the courthouse.
