Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

employee fraud???

I was recently convicted of a felony. I was hired by my present employer pending legal action prior to my arrest and conviction. I did not disclose this during my hiring interview. The Manager who discovered my arrest did not disclose it to HR and was transferred out of state before my conviction. If they find out about my conviction during or after my employment can they sue me for past paid wages due to employee fraud??
