Breaking a lease
I am a victim of domestic violence. I have a restraining order against my ex-huband, but he is still harrasing me.I have called the police several times, but they say there is nothing they can do if they don't catch him in the act. I need to move out of my apartment, but I have a lease. Is there a Florida State Statute or law that will force the landlord to let me out of my lease with no further monetary obligation? I did give a 30 day notice. Thank you for you help
