Eviction

I gave told my current landlord I was moving by June 15. I still have not found another apartment and I have paid my rent I have been renting there for 9 years. I have asked to stay untill the end of the month and I will pay the differrence of rent but he says he already has new tenenants moving in and I have no place to go. Can he evict me out of the apartment?

Yes, but it will take more than 2 weeks. Your problem is your liability for continued rent should the new tenant go somewhere else.
