Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
writ of possession
I received a final judgement for
removal of tenant notice from my
landlord's attourney. Before being
served this notice I had worked out a
payment plan with my landlord to
halt Judicial proceedings in order to
protect my financial record which
both he and I agreed to and signed.
Does this final judgment go onto my
court record without the landlord
himself serving me eviction papers or
contacting the sherif to have me
evicted?

Re: writ of possession
yes, unless you have it vacated.
