Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My attorney dropped my case after two years he felt it was not a winable case, what can I do, nobody wants to take my case because of statute of limitation. I have a slip and fall vase.

If your attorney dropped your case AFTER the statute of limitations expired you may have a legal malpractice claim. The limitions period, in most cases, is 4 years after you fell. If the limitations period has not expired, lawyers may not be taking your case because there is no case to take.
