fallen structual beam causing laseration to the head

We purched a double wide mobil home with owner financing on an as is basis 10 mnths ago. The beem that is to hide the seem inside fell on top of my husbands head causing him to get 3 staples in it. my children we teriffied that daddy was severly hurt as there was blood everywhere. Do I have a case against the people who put the mobile together?

Your husband may. Depends on many issues such as the contract of purchasee and what caused it to fall.
